Family Snapshot

Kids moaning in the back of the car as we drive to Tesco.
Kids moaning in the back of the car because they want to go for a bike ride.
Kids now moaning because we are stuck in traffic.
Finally home kids now moaning because they want chocolate milk before dinner (big no no).
Kids moaning because dinner is too hot/ yucky/ not loaded with sugar & salt!
Lucy moaning because Lily had 3 biscuits which of course is not fair.
Jamie screaming because he doesn't like his night time wash.
Friday night is music night - Lucy & Lily hurtle round the front room singing nursery rhymes & children's songs accompanied by Jonty on keyboard.
Lily is bellowing Ol' MacDonald at the top of her voice.
I steal a few quiet moments with my son and stroke his hair before popping him into his crib.
Quiet moments are few & far between as the other two are now pounding their way up the stairs to get ready for bed.
Soon they'll all be tucked up in bed!
