It's a Southern thing darling!Happy birthday to a little girl who displays a strong will, much love, a daring spirit and is a complete joy. It seems hard to believe that Lily is only 2. She has marked our lives in ways that make us feel we have known her forever; from that deep throated laugh to her trembly bottom lip look!
Underneath that sometime dour expression lingers a soul that's forged in steel, yet deeply loving. She expresses an empathy that is beyond her years and we love her for it. Lily has definitely benefitted from being our second child as she entered the world to laid back parents, who had made most of their mistakes with their eldest child (sorry Lucy). So hopefully by the time Baby Knights arrives we should be practically horizontal!
